LLanfechain School Dragons

At the beginning of the summer we (the team at Eric and Albert) invited all the pupils of Ysgol LLanfechain to design a very special School Dragon for us to make in our toy workshop!

The winning design/s were then to be the special edition Llanfechain school dragon that we will sell be selling from our website to our customers worldwide to fundraise money for the school.

We asked the children to design/ colour/ decorate them in thinking about some the following things:

v  Nature

v  Looking after our world / sustainability

v  Wales and home

The results were absolutely beautiful and we were unable to choose just one winner so instead we chose four!

·         Florence – Draig Natur/ Nature Dragon

·         Ember – Draig Aur/ Golden Dragon

 

Today (27th Sept 2024) we announced the winners and presented them with their own version of their design to keep as a prize. it really has been the most heart warming and rewarding project and we're so proud to see these designs sell to customers worldwide!

Please spread the news as far and wide as you can to help us raise funds for the school to put towards an outdoor learning resources/space. 50% of all the proceeds will be donated to the school.

As these are a special one off fundraiser we only have 20 of each type made so once they're gone they're gone!
